VS6 Food Assembly - report and survey
It was great to gather with over 80 representatives from the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector at the VS6 Affordable and Sustainable Food Assembly last month.
VS6 are pleased to publish six recommendations based on this event
Our Food Insecurity Lead Executive, Dr Naomi Maynard urged us in the report’s foreword to “play our part to ensure the vision of a healthier, fairer, kinder foodscape becomes a reality”
One way we can do this is by ensuring these recommendations represent the experiences and wisdom held across our sector.
VS6 are therefore seeking views and responses to these recommendations, ahead of sharing these with the Combined Authority, Local Authorities and others.
