Leading in uncertain times: Catalyst & Network of Kindness event
‘Leading in uncertain times’ promises to be an inspiring event, with behavioural coach Mark Harland sharing tools to empower faith and social action leaders to flourish.
Co-hosted by Together Liverpool's Network of Kindness and Liverpool Catalyst, the networking session includes a free lunch, at Christ Church, Norris Green, 9.45am-12.30pm on March 1st.
The event will equip those involved in social action with the tools to navigate the challenges of leadership in today's unpredictable world. It is tailored to support leaders of faith and community-based social action projects across the Diocese of Liverpool area to flourish.
Guest speaker Mark Harland is an expert behavioural coach, consultant and social entrepreneur with significant experience of local church leadership.
Mark brings over 30-years expertise running companies and guiding leaders in business, the third sector, and faith-based organisations.
He has supported global brands including Cadbury and JLR (Jaguar Land Rover), and other high performing organisations, working with their management teams to unlock growth potential.
As a pastor at a church in Walsall several years, he was key to the development and delivery of social action projects focussing on food poverty, modern slavery and urban estates.
